There have been numerous high profile cases of sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination across the globe in the last few months.

In this session you will hear from partner Richard Miskella who has been at the forefront of recent investigations, some of which have been in the media spotlight, on assessing and handling the issues and exploring ways of achieving lasting change within the media and entertainment sector. From planning the process, creating a crisis management strategy, dealing with the media, conducting a fair investigation and ensuring there is a balanced findings report that does not prejudice any other proceedings
