Stress at work (and its causes) are a hotly debated topic in the advertising and marketing services sector. Millions of working days are lost each year to common mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression. Managing the absence results in both financial costs but also legal risks such as disability discrimination or personal injury.

This interactive workshop will look at what employers can do to minimise the legal risks and maintain a mentally healthy workforce. We will focus particularly on ways of managing the risks associated with stress at work and use a case study to illustrate common issues and pitfalls when dealing with a stressed employee.

Breakfast and registration will be from 8:15am with the presentation starting at 8.45am and aiming to draw to a close by 10.00am.
