Ius Laboris supports first ever certified Global Reward Management Programme through top European Business Schools

Ius Laboris, the world’s largest and highest quality alliance of HR law firms, has announced it is contributing the HR law training aspects of the first ever certified Global Reward Management programme in Europe.

Ius Laboris, the world’s largest and highest quality alliance of HR law firms, has announced it is contributing the HR law training aspects of the first ever certified Global Reward Management programme in Europe. The Vlerick Business School, Grenoble Ecole de Management and ESCP Europe, three renowned European business schools with a specific expertise in the field of reward management, are running the programme. 

Reward managers and HR executives taking the course will learn how to maximise the positive strategic impact of their organisation’s reward policies, according to their company's culture, goals and situation.

The modular programme will be taught across the three schools in Ghent, Brussels, Berlin and Grenoble. European multinationals such as Axel Springer AG, Unilever and GlaxoSmithKline will share their industry experience and expertise with course delegates.

Commenting on the partnership, Ius Laboris chairman Chris Engels said: “We are delighted to contribute to the first certified Global Reward Management programme in Europe. This is just one of the areas where we have cross-border experience of implementing successful management strategies and we are keen to share the expertise of our own Ius Laboris Academy with the global business community.”
