Lewis Silkin advises Next 15 on the acquisition of Twogether

Lewis Silkin LLP has advised Next 15, the AIM-listed digital communications group, on its acquisition of B2B creative and digital marketing agency, Twogether Creative Limited.

Lewis Silkin LLP has advised Next 15, the AIM-listed digital communications group, on its acquisition of B2B creative and digital marketing agency, Twogether Creative Limited.

Twogether’s clients include multinational technology groups such as Brocade, Intuit, Symantec, Veritas, Lenovo and Zebra Technologies. It also has a proprietary Software as a Service (“SaaS”) offering in partnermarketing.com, which is used for channel marketing. The deal, for which the initial consideration is approximately £6.6 million, will see the two agencies complement their existing offerings as Twogether look to expand their presence in the US market.

This marks Lewis Silkin’s first corporate transaction with Next 15. The Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate partner, Paul Rajput. He was supported by corporate tax partner Matthew Rowbotham.
