Lewis Silkin advises on sale of Clicktools to Callidus

Lewis Silkin has advised the founders of leading B2B survey and data integration software provider Clicktools on the sale of the company to Callidus Software, Inc, a global leader in cloud-based sales, marketing and learning solutions.

Lewis Silkin has advised the founders of leading B2B survey and data integration software provider Clicktools on the sale of the company to Callidus Software, Inc, a global leader in cloud-based sales, marketing and learning solutions. The deal was completed almost four years after Lewis Silkin advised the same founders on the sale of a 49.9% stake in the company.

This sale offers Clicktools further access to resources to accelerate innovation and continue to be the market leader in the enterprise survey market whilst the transaction enables Callidus to extend its lead to money portfolio and expand its customer base across multiple industries throughout EMEA and the USA.

The Lewis Silkin team was led by partner Simon Entwistle alongside senior associates Sam Pennington and Matthew Rowbotham, together with partner Sara Cohen who advised in relation to the exercise of outstanding options under the group’s share option plan.
