31 January 2018

Lewis Silkin has advised its client on the sale of omni-channel gaming provider Games Warehouse to Blueprint Gaming, part of the Gauselmann Group.

Games Warehouse is a leading supplier of innovative content to the global gaming market with its games available across online, mobile and retail channels. Popular titles, including Wild Bandits, Birdz and Gold Strike, are already live across numerous websites and retail outlets of some of the leading operators.

The Lewis Silkin team that advised on the transaction was led by partner and head of the Corporate group, Paul Rajput, alongside Matthew Rowbotham, partner and head of the Tax, Reward & Incentives, and supported by Sadiq Tajbhai, a Corporate senior associate and Jack Baldwin, a Corporate junior associate.

Paul Rajput said:

“It has been a pleasure advising our client throughout the lifetime of its ownership of Games Warehouse. We advised initially on its acquisition in 2005, have provided ongoing support since then and completed the journey by advising on its sale. We look forward to supporting our client on its projects going forward."
