Lewis Silkin's Technology and Communications team continues growth with new partner hire

Top 100 UK law firm Lewis Silkin LLP today announces the addition of IP and IT expert Dr Christopher Hayes to the partnership.
Christopher joins from IBB Solicitors, where he led the Intellectual Property Practice, and brings with him a wealth of experience in advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
Christopher advises high-technology and brand-driven multinational businesses across a variety of sectors, including IT and telecoms, software, automotive, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. His areas of expertise cover a broad range of IP-rich services encompassing trademark and brand protection, copyright and patents. Christopher is also experienced in advising on commercial matters including data protection, privacy and IT contracts.
Christopher holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from Oriel College, University of Oxford, and was called to the Bar in 2008.
