I have been a member of the Employment, Immigration and Reward department at Lewis Silkin since I qualified as a solicitor in 2004.
I advise on all aspects of employment law: the good (recruitment, reward), the bad (disciplinary issues, grievances) and the ugly (unfair dismissal, discrimination).
I work for a wide variety of clients, national and international, large and small. My clients include major players in the publishing, IT, legal, higher education and charity sectors.
I work alongside them on a range of issues, which might include performance and sickness management, drafting contracts and policies, advising on tribunal claim, handling complex restructures and advising on ‘family rights’, including maternity, paternity, adoption rights and flexible working.
