I advise mainly on intellectual property, advertising and commercial matters.
My experience includes advising on copyright, trade mark and passing off issues, advertising and sales promotions (including competitions and prize draws), supply agreements (goods and services), software licensing, franchising, agency agreements, endorsement agreements, e-commerce, mobile apps, data protection and consumer law.
My background is in the publishing and creative industries (both in an editorial and legal capacity) and so I have a good grasp of the issues and challenges facing these sectors.
