We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I joined Lewis Silkin in 2005 as a member of the core employment team. Whilst there, I gained experience acting for employers and employees alike in all aspects of employment related matters.
I moved to rockhopper when the business was first established. Working part time, and from home, means that I can lead a double life: employer lawyer by morning, harassed mother of three by afternoon!
