I advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues across a variety of sectors. I provide day to day advisory support to clients and I am also experienced in managing Employment Tribunal proceedings often involving discrimination and whistle blowing.
I advise employers on a variety of issues ranging from exit negotiations and settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters, changing terms and conditions and redundancy procedures. I have handled a number of complex Tribunal claims including pregnancy and age discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal.
