I joined Lewis Silkin in 2014 as a paralegal in the employment department, having previously completed a law degree at the University of Reading.
As a paralegal mainly involved in assisting the practical development lawyers, my main role is to keep track of employment law developments and ensure colleagues are kept up to date on any changes.
I am regularly involved in knowledge management projects, in particular, organising and updating the ‘know how’ created and used by the team when advising clients. I also provide support at the vast range of client events we hold – such as breakfast updates and workshops.
A significant part of my time is spent on our Future of Work Hub initiative. I am responsible for maintaining the futureofworkhub.info website and managing its twitter account @futureofworkhub. The Hub brings HR professionals, business leaders, futurists, academics and commentators together to explore their perspectives on the future of work.
