I qualified as a lawyer in 2016 having trained and started my career with a leading law firm. Before studying law I studied English Literature at Warwick University and reading continues to be a passion of mine (and not just law textbooks!). Outside of work I also enjoy acrylic and oil painting.
I act for both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law including contentious and non-contentious matters. I have experience in drafting and offering assistance with a range of employment related documentation including contracts of employment, settlement agreements, handbooks and consultancy agreements. I have also assisted clients with a variety of day to day matters including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management and have managed a number of tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, breach of contract and disability, sex and pregnancy discrimination. I also regularly present and provide training on employment law to HR professionals.
