I am currently a paralegal working with the Trade Mark team, and will begin a training contract with Lewis Silkin in 2018.
My current work is predominantly with trade marks and domain names, and I help with both contentious and non-contentious work.
I’m originally from Toronto, Canada, and have a BA in Journalism and French from the University of Idaho in the United States, which I attended whilst on a full athletic scholarship for tennis. After graduating, I worked in advertising at BBDO Toronto as an account manager for nearly four years, prior to making the decision to move to Europe to attend law school. I earned my LLB in EU and comparative European law from Maastricht University, and then moved to London to complete my GDL and LPC.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, hiking and cooking, and I am currently learning German.
