I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration & Reward department.

Originally from Gloucestershire, I moved to London after studying history and politics at university. I worked in community organising for a year before starting my legal studies and training.

Away from the office I enjoy rugby and boxing and am a school governor in Islington.

I assist employers on a full range of day-to-day HR legal issues (including reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, advising on redundancy programs and disciplinary matters).

I have also delivered training on collective consultation and the Trade Union Act 2016.

Dispute Resolution

I have advised both employees and businesses across a variety of sectors on contentious matters with a focus on unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and breach of contract.

Sports Business

I am a member of Lewis Silkin’s sports group and have a particular interest in assisting sports organisations navigate the uniquely challenging employment issues in that sector.
