In my role as Chief People Officer I am responsible for overseeing the entire HR function within Lewis Silkin and ensuring that our people strategies are fully aligned with our business strategies.

In keeping with the firm's drive for innovation and ever-more efficient ways of serving our clients, I have a keen interest in HR information systems and am focused on delivering ever more efficient processes whilst ensuring the HR team support the delivery of our business strategy. I also work closely with Lewis Silkin's employment lawyers to ensure that we are at the forefront of employment practices and that we retain our position as an employer of choice.
Within the HR team, we take ownership of recruitment, trainee recruitment and development, compliance, compensation & benefits and learning and development. We also have a very active social committee, diversity board and extensive CSR programme, all of which I am involved with and have an active interest in.
Before joining Lewis Silkin, I qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloitte and worked for two other Top 100 UK law firms.
