As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I joined Lewis Silkin in 2007 as a member of the core employment team. Whilst there, I gained experience acting for employers and employees alike in all aspects of employment related matters, including a secondment to the inhouse legal team of a major high street retailer.
I moved to rockhopper in 2016. With 3 young children this provides me with great flexibility, and is enabling me to move away from commuting distance of London, up to the North Yorkshire countryside.
