About

I am a UK pay transparency and gender pay gap reporting expert, recognised by the Financial Times as an authority in this field. I lead Lewis Silkin's gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting services in the UK and Ireland, advising employers across sectors including advertising, technology, retail, professional services, and law firms.

With years of experience in data-driven pay gap analysis, I help organisations identify the root causes of their gender and ethnicity pay gaps and develop targeted measures that have a meaningful impact on workplace diversity. I work closely with clients to carry out hypothesis testing, statistical analyses, and comprehensive data interrogations to explain pay gaps and guide actionable interventions.

I also co-lead our Pay Transparency Directive services, supporting employers across the EU in preparing for the impact of new reporting requirements, analysing data to identify potential risks, and advising on justifications for pay differences.

I hold a Master's degree in Statistics and host our podcast series, Pay Attention, discussing practical and regulatory aspects of the Pay Transparency Directive and gender pay gap reporting for UK employers.
