In the fifth seat of my training contract I assisted fee earners in the Corporate Department on a wide range of matters. This included working on a refinancing project and also conducting due diligence work in regards to the proposed share purchase of a company. The work was extremely varied, but often includes drafting board minutes, resolutions and other ancillary documents when assisting on a deal.
