At Lewis Silkin, we are fully aware that lawyers alone could never run a successful law firm. We understand that, however charismatic the "stars", the supporting players also have a vitally important role to play.

Trainees
Each year we take on just five trainees. Limiting our intake to five means we only recruit the best of the best and are able to give them a great training experience - it's about keeping the quality high all round.

During our trainees' two-year contracts they change "seats" every six months. We make sure you gain real, hands on experience and we review your training and development every 3 months.
