TraineesEach year we take on just a few trainees. Limiting our intake means we only recruit the best of the best and are able to give them a great training experience - it's about keeping the quality high all round.
1st year traineesDuring our trainees' two-year contracts they change "seats" every four months. We make sure you gain real, hands on experience and we review your training and development on a continuous basis.
