If doing work experience at a law firm conjures up images of endless photocopying and running errands for Partners, then think again!
At Lewis Silkin, we'll give you an insight into what it's like to work for a fun, fast-paced and innovative law firm. We'll be taking on 12 students for three two-week placements in June and July 2009. Not only will we pay you a weekly salary of £250 you can expect to be immersed in 'real work' situations, such as researching and drafting documents, taking minutes at meetings and be given a chance to work on a number of exciting projects.
We would be interested to hear from you if you're a second year law student, final year non-law student, a graduate or even someone looking to change career. You will also need good A-levels (or equivalent) and ideally should be expecting/have achieved a 2:1 or first class honours degree.
If short-listed, you will be asked to have an interview with a member of our HR team. These will be held in March 2009.Appy here for a 2009 Work Placement Scheme
