We bring together specialists in the wide range of legal disciplines required to establish an Academy, such as funding, charities, property, construction and employment. We work closely with academy sponsors, project managers and individual schools to bring the academy to life on time and on budget. Our particular expertise is setting up multi-academy structures and taking schools through the new academy conversion process. We are also advising a number of parent led groups on setting up free schools and we are the legal advisers to the New Schools Network.
