I advise on a wide range of employment issues including both contentious and non-contentious.
I provide day-to-day advisory support to clients on issues such as their employment contracts and HR policies and assisting with grievances and disciplinary procedures and also have experience of Employment Tribunal litigation (including high value claims). Most recently my work has been focused on contentious work for employer clients in the advertising, media and financial sectors. I am currently working on an international arbitration for a hedge fund client.
I regularly work with our international colleagues to provide assistance to global companies. I am currently involved in co-ordinating legal updates from 38 jurisdictions for a multi-national client.
