I advise employers on a wide range of employment issues. I provide day-to-day advice on managing sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance procedures, recruitment, redundancies and dismissals. I also advise on policies, employment contracts, secondment agreements, consultancy agreements and compromise agreements. My contentious work includes defending employers from employment tribunal claims.
I have a particular interest in disability discrimination as well as discrimination issues generally.
As many of my clients are global companies, I regularly coordinate, oversee and collate advice from my international colleagues.
