I advise on a variety of employment issues including contracts of employment, disciplinaries, executive departures and terminations, redundancy, reorganisation and discrimination. My recent work has included negotiating a settlement for a departing executive at a major financial institution, defending a race discrimination claim in the Employment Tribunal and assisting a UK pharmaceuticals company with a full review of their policies and procedures.

I combine my legal expertise with a true passion for sport in my role as a specialist sports lawyer.  Whether it is assisting our Rugby club clients in the aftermath of on field misdemeanours or guiding major sports agencies through their contractual negotiations, I am privileged to work with sports people on a daily basis. I have a particular focus on employment and contractual issues, disciplinary proceedings and regulatory matters. I regularly team up with lawyers across the firm to provide a complete service to sporting organisations. Recent work includes advising a Premier League Football club on disciplinary and employment issues and assisting an international footballer in negotiating his endorsement contract with a major drinks brand.
