My first seat in my second year was in the Employment department.  I assisted with a wide variety of cases including claims for breach of contract, unfair dismissal, sex discrimination, whistle-blowing and a claim under the Working Time Regulations 1998.  In January I moved to the Corporate department where we acted for a financial PR company on its sale to a larger marketing services group and for one of the major marketing services networks on its acquisition of a health PR firm.  For my final seat I have returned to the Media, Brands and Technology department.  I am currently in the process of setting up a new company to be the promotion vehicle for a singer songwriter and am also working on a variety of commercial agreements including a ghost writer's contract and various licences for a branded TV series.
