I advise both claimants and defendants and represent individuals, large international organisations and everything in between. Over the years I have used the full range of dispute resolution methods: from confidential negotiations, mediation, adjudication and international and domestic arbitration to high profile and complex litigation before the courts.
I am a co-author of the book “Employment, Partnership and Discrimination law for Professional Partnerships” published by Legalease in 2005. I have written articles on issues relating to partnerships, limited liability partnerships and the wider topic of resolution of commercial disputes, published in both legal and trade journals including New Law Journal, The Lawyer and Civil Engineering Surveyor.
I acted for an international law firm in connection with issues arising in relation to retirements of partners practising in offices in the UK and Europe. I acted for a team of partners of a firm with offices throughout the south-east of England in relation to their departure and subsequent joining of a firm based in central London. Outside the partnership and limited liability partnership arena I acted for a major UK organisation in an international arbitration before a panel of three arbitrators appointed by the London Court of International Arbitration in a multi-million pound dispute.
My clients range from individuals – particularly partners and members of limited liability partnerships – to large international organisations and much of the work I do is both sensitive and confidential.

Despite being a lawyer with passion for dispute resolution I am human. Away from work I spend as much time as possible with my family and, when time and energy permit, pursuing my love of sport – particularly skiing and rugby (being an avid fan of Leicester Tigers and an ever optimistic supporter of Scotland).
