Duncan Quinan
All dispute resolution - litigation, arbitration, mediation - is a means to an end and not an end in itself. I work with my clients to find solutions to their disputes. My priority is always to look at what my clients want to achieve and then to devise a strategy with them which will get us there. That strategy might involve mediation, arbitration or litigation but it will always involve me talking to my clients regularly about the options and meeting, or hopefully exceeding, their expectations.

Areas of Expertise

Some specifics

My practice has more recently concentrated on IT disputes for both end users and suppliers, large and complex litigation and arbitration. My earlier years were almost exclusively in the shipping and international trade area, resulting in my gaining a good understanding of contract and tort disputes in an insurance context and conflict of laws.
