A typical day will involve me advising employers on how to employ non British nationals in the UK.  I also undertake assessment of employer HR processes to ensure compliance with sponsor obligations under the recently introduced Points Based System, and assist with all aspects of the Sponsorship License application process.  I may also draft applications for Tier 1 (Highly Skilled Migrant) applicants, advise individuals on their eligibility under a number of different, relevant immigration schemes, and provide support through the visa or leave to remain application process. I also spend a lot of time delivering training to UK employers.

Assisting a number of UK Based employers with their Sponsorship License applications, having assessed their Human Resources processes to ensure compliance with sponsor obligations.

Successfully obtaining permission under Tier 1 (Highly Skilled Migrant) for a number of applicants.

I act for a wide range of organisations across a broad range of industries including banking and finance, business consultancies, law, and advertising and media. I also act for high net worth individuals.
