On a typical day I may be dealing with ASA complaints, clearing a proposed script for a TV commercial and providing related risk management advice, advising on data protection issues, drafting/negotiating an IP licence, freelancer agreement, content agreement or services agreement. It’s often a mixed bag.
· Seconded to the Institute of Practioners in Advertising providing frontline interim cover for their legal advice service
· Negotiating a live performance agreement in respect of a US rapper's appearance at an exclusive gig in London
· Managing an international legal team advising a leading global computer and mobile media company on its advertising
· Defending an ASA complaint for a large UK utilities company
· Clearing and reviewing related production agreements for a TV campaign for a global confectionary company
· Advising in relation to the restrictions on advertising in respect of the World Cup 2010, the Royal Wedding and the 2012 Olympics

I like to spend my free time travelling, and doing lots of yoga. I recently qualified as a yoga teacher. I have a passion for all things art deco and enjoy mooching round junk shops.
