I spend the majority of my time working on mergers and acquisitions, which primarily involves drafting and negotiating the legal documentation and advising clients on the same.
· Acting for the Publicis Group on a series of UK acquisitions, including Holler, Airlock, Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw, Resolute and Purple Hat
· Acting for the members of Karmarama LLP on a pre-sale group reorganisation and the subsequent sale of the Karmarama business to a private equity backed buyer
· Advising the management of DLKW on their investment in DLKW Lowe following the acquisition of DLKW by Lowe
· Advising a large trading group on its bank refinancing with RBS
· Acting for a group of property companies on a refinancing with Barclays
