I spend most of my time working on mergers and acquisitions, which mainly involves drafting and negotiating the legal documentation and advising clients on the same.

- Acting for EFG International (the Swiss listed private banking group) on its acquisition of Marble Bar Asset Management LLP, an alternative asset manager
- Acting on the sales of a TV production company, a consumer publishing company, a brand communications consultancy and two PR agencies
- Acting for two hedge funds on a series of investments in AIM listed companies
- Acting for the Norwegian sellers on the reverse take-over of an AIM listed company
- Acting for a private bank on its acquisition of the business and assets of a stock-broking partnership and a company providing financial advisory services
- Acting on a large pre-sale reorganisation of a group of trading and property companies

I work with clients across a broad range of sectors, many of whom work within advertising and marketing services.
