I advise clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters in relation to advertising, brand development, intellectual property rights, data protection and managing reputational risk.
I graduated in Ancient History at Royal Holloway in 2006, before studying for the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School. I then had a gap year, which was largely taken up with travelling the world and seeing new places. Particular favourites were Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand and the USA National Parks. I completed my training contract with Lewis Silkin from September 2009 to 2011 and I am now an NQ in the Media, Brands and Technology department, gaining experience and expertise in all our key practices.
My favourite hobby is dancing - I take a variety of classes and, if I’m out on the tiles, the dance floor is the place to find me. That said, I have a passion for all The Arts and spend many an evening at the theatre, stand up comedy, dance shows and live concerts.
I also love skiing and every year my family and extended family descend on St Anton to sample the snow (and the après ski)… At the 2011 clan gathering more than 20 members of my family, ranging from 9 months old to 75 took St Anton by storm and I’m not sure if there was a single pint of weizen or plate of kaiserschmarrn left there. We did do some skiing, of course, and there was a tiny bit of snow remaining when we left!
