I advise companies in a range of sectors and in particular the media and natural resource sectors as well as acting for companies seeking admission to AIM, including advising companies on 'pre-IPO' fundraisings. I also act for nominated advisers and on secondary fundraisings as well as for companies which, once admitted to AIM, seek to make acquisitions.

I'm human too...

I love to travel and I am also a keen football fan, although having supported Tottenham Hotspur for over twenty-five years it has been a struggle to remain excited about the beautiful game! I have managed to combine travelling with football and have watched a game at the famous Maracanã stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I also enjoy rugby - watching rather than playing these days although I will occasionally run out for the London Nigerians.
