On a typical day, I might be:

·         helping shareholders through the process of selling their business

·         advising a buyer on an acquisition of another company or business

·         advising the founders of a business on their LLP agreement or shareholders' agreement

I assisted an advertising agency on a joint venture in India.

I have recently advised the owners of an e-crm agency; an estate agents; a financial PR agency and a user review website on the sale of their respective businesses.

I advised a major ATM operator on the purchase of one of its competitors from its administrator.
