I specialise in handling all kinds of commercial property transactions and providing related advice. My practice also covers environmental law. I act for a broad range of clients including private investors in property acquisitions, disposals and management, and advise leaders in the corporate dental, creative, leisure and IT sectors in connection with their business space requirements. One of the focuses of my practice is in handling and advising on regeneration and rationalisation projects including acting for clients in the social housing sector. I also act for education sector clients, particularly in relation to the establishment of Academy schools as part of our Academies team.
My articles appear regularly in the legal and property press. I have been interviewed Legal Network Television in connection with the control of asbestos regime, and give presentations and seminars in my areas of specialism.

Major rationalisation projects for a leading housing association and various other property rationalisation projects.

A major factory decommissioning project.
Firoka Group's prospective major redevelopment and operation of Alexandra Palace, and its acquisition of Studley Castle - a major Warwickshire hotel and conferencing venue.
