Most of my work relates to property development and investment transactions. I also regularly advise retail and restaurant clients on their more difficult acquisitions.
In recent years I have led teams in connection with numerous high value investment acquisitions and disposals. I led the team which advised on the high profile multi-letting of a recently constructed office development in Park Lane (which included a letting of part of the development at highest office rent achieved in London in recent years). I lead the team which advises on various ‘difficult’ acquisitions for a well-known national restaurant chain.

I live in central London and hobbies include (when the opportunity arises): dance (former medal winner) and dining at the best London has to offer. Hopefully the first counters the second!
