The areas of employment law on which I am most frequently asked to advise include dealing with allegations of discrimination or harassment, managing long term sickness absence and disability, carrying out redundancy exercises and handling complex grievances and disciplinary matters. I handle all aspects of any employment tribunal claims faced by my clients, including negotiating settlements or mediating disputes. I also help my clients to avoid employment law problems by advising them on contractual documents, policies and procedures.
I regularly speak at both in-house and external seminars, webinars and training events. I also write and contribute to articles for various HR and management publications.

I live in London and enjoy the luxury of a walk along the river on my way to work. My hobbies include spending as much time as I can exploring local restaurants, as well as those in more exotic overseas locations whenever possible. A bit of yoga and running helps to compensate for this.
