I advise clients in relation to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters associated with advertising, brand development, intellectual property rights, data protection and managing reputational risk.
Negotiating a talent agreement and release in relation to a multi-platform advertising campaign
Advising on data protection implications of a viral marketing campaign

I read History at Cambridge University, and graduated in 2001. Before joining the firm I worked in the not-for-profit sector, first, in day, leisure and supported employment services for people with learning disabilities; and later as a policy advisor, engaging employers and service providers on disability equality as a business issue.
I am currently studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law
BA Hons History, MA Cultural Studies, GDL, LPC
I love film, music and literature and I am a keen amateur photographer. I am a founding trustee for a small children’s community group where I am frequently mobbed by over-enthusiastic toddlers. I also experience the highs and more frequently the lows of supporting Crystal Palace FC.
