Typically, I am involved in advising about changing terms and conditions, managing performance, ill health issues, handling redundancies and all types of discrimination. I also advise on how to prevent Tribunal claims and, when they are received, how best to defend them.

I speak regularly at client training events and workshops and have spoken at an industry conference on age discrimination.

- Advising how to handle a complex redundancy situation where collective consultation was required.

- Defending Tribunal proceedings where the employment status of the Claimant needed to be determined.

- Advising an employer on how best to approach a sensitive grievance after disciplinary action had been commenced against the employee.

I act for a wide variety of clients in the advertising and marketing services sector. I also act for a number of international law firms, in addition to household name companies in the retail and other sectors.

I’m currently living between London and Geneva, where I’m trying to perfect my skiing and am indulging my passion for chocolate! When I find the time, I’m trying to learn enough French to get by in Geneva and also Welsh (don’t ask..!)
