I studied law at the University of Leeds, before completing the Legal Practice Course at Inns of Court School of Law.
Subsequently I worked as a paralegal in-house, before joining Lewis Silkin.
- My first seat was in the Corporate Department, examples of work included:
Preparing corporate documents such as share certificates, resolutions and board minutes.
Producing a client note on the power of a company secretary.
Drafting an agreement between shareholders.
Conducting due diligence and disclosure for the acquisition of a dental business.
I am now sitting with the Commercial Property team. Recent examples of work include:
Attending a competitive dialogue meeting with clients as part of a development bid process.
Researching and producing a note on judicial review and stopping up orders.
Preparing a lease summary.
Drafting a statutory declaration.
I like music and going to live shows, films, debates and stand up comedy. I enjoy most sports and play netball with a team in North London, as well as the Lewis Silkin team.
