The majority of my time is taken up negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions and related corporate issues, often for large national and multinational marketing and communications groups. I also do a fair amount of work with my commercial property and social housing colleagues on the corporate side of large commercial property transactions.
I have spoken at seminars in relation to joint ventures, the Companies Act 2006 and merger and acquisition issues from a seller’s perspective.
· Advising the quoted international marketing communications group, Publicis Groupe SA, on its acquisitions of digital communications agencies, Holler Digital and Airlock and integrated agency, Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw, and on its sale of its majority stake in PR agency, Freud Communications
· Advising a Greek based property investment client on a £16m bank facility in connection with a commercial property investment in London
· Advising AIM quoted media and marketing analytics group, Ebiquity Plc, on its £17.9m acquisition of international advertising and media intelligence group, Xtreme Information Services Ltd

I enjoy learning about spiritual philosophy and am a regular practitioner of meditation and, to a much lesser extent, yoga. I have been teetotal for a number of years and recently turned vegetarian to further my interest in such a lifestyle. I live in south London with my wife and 2 year old son.
