I undertake day-to-day conduct of high value or complex cases, usually involving the co-ordination of a team which will typically include lawyers from Lewis Silkin LLP but also Leading and Junior Counsel. We develop strategies to achieve the client’s objectives. Gung-ho litigation is not pursued for the sake of it and all appropriate dispute resolution techniques are employed to achieve the desired end.
