A typical day sees me: in meetings on telephone calls and sending emails, advising clients about ongoing projects or in relation to potential or ongoing disputes.

I write articles for trade and HR publications on a wide range of subjects, and speak at conferences and client seminars.

·         Advising on a large scale restructuring for a large media group

·         Managing 23 Employment Tribunal claims relating to the mass defection of a group of talent agents from one agency to a start-up rival agency

·         Making two joined expedited claims in the High Court challenging the enforceability of restrictive covenants.

·         Defending an injunction against a senior partner of a global strategy consultancy

·         Managing a multi-million pound whistle blowing claim involving an international investment bank

Include a global music television network, a global news television network, a global financial services organisation and a world-famous auction house.
