A typical day for me would include preparing a sponsor licence application on behalf of an employer, or advising an individual on a Tier 1 (General) Migrant application.  I might also give a presentation on recent changes to immigration law.

·         Preparing and submitting Tier 1 applications where the applicant's leave had already expired.

·         Preparing and submitting an application for indefinite leave to remain for a Tier 2 migrant and his family members.

·         Advising on transferring an employee between two overseas sister companies.

·         Advising on what to do in the event of the refusal of a visa application.
