·         Acting for Conran Design Group on the tax aspects of its acquisitions of 35 Communications Group.

·         Acting for Havas Media on the tax aspects of its acquisition of the UK independent brand entertainment agency Cake.

·         Advising the shareholders of Hogarth Partnership, a financial PR company on the tax aspects of the sale of the company to The Engine Group.

·         Advising the shareholders of leading advertising agency, Beattie McGuinness Bungay Limited on the tax aspects of the sale of the company to Cheil Worldwide Inc.

·         Advising Havas Media on the acquisition of the UK's number one independent media buying agency BLM.
