Acting for a major retail corporation in proceedings for a declaration concerning the interpretation of certain provisions of a complex relationship agreement.
Acting for a Defendant in proceedings brought by a Claimant alleging an agreement to provide funds of up to €50 million for a Private Equity fund venture.
Acting for various banks in connection with insurance coverage issues and claims for payments under loan documentation.
Acting as a lead partner in a multi-million dollar Swiss based arbitration claim with related proceedings in London and other jurisdictions.
Clients for whom I have acted include banks, local authorities, technology companies, trusts, high net worth individuals, marketing companies and retail corporations.
I also advise in many complex cases where the dispute is resolved on a confidential basis without being reported or the client being identified (particularly in arbitration cases).
