My experience includes advising on acquisitions, disposals and related financing and refinancing issues, development, lettings and management (including advising both landlords and tenants on agreements for lease, leases, licences to assign/underlet/alter, relocations and agreements to surrender) of commercial properties, including retail parks and office accommodation, industrial estates and town centre retail and office premises.

Acting on behalf of a syndicate of overseas investors on the acquisition of property (comprising retail and office space) in the West End. Acting on the acquisition, management and disposal of various industrial estates, including the disposal of a portfolio of properties in North-East England. Advising principal shareholders on the property aspects of a disposal of shares in a manufacturing business which owns a number of light industrial and office premises. Advising on an out of town retail park including phased development work and related disposals and conditional agreements for lease.

I live in North London and during my free time I love reading (particularly books on modern history and world politics) and enjoy many different types of music and film. My principal pleasure, though, is enjoying good (occasionally home-cooked) food and fine wine with friends. I also go to the gym as often as I can in an attempt to combat the adverse effects of all the fun stuff.
