Some specifics
On an average day I will be meeting clients to discuss their people issues, advising employers on sensitive people issues, supervising associates engaged in all types of employment advice and (if I’m lucky) playing the odd game of table football (it’s just outside my office!).
Media relations and public speaking
I am listed as a leading employment practitioner in Chambers, Legal 500, Who’s Who in the Law, Guide to the World’s Leading Labour and Employment Lawyers and other directories. I frequently lecture on employment law (often at keynote conferences). I write for newspapers and personnel journals including having written for three years a weekly column "Letter of the Law" for the best-selling national magazine for human resources professionals, Personnel Today, on employment law issues. I have participated in various radio legal programmes on employment law.
