Some specifics
Much of my work involves advising clients on the development, acquisition, licensing and/or distribution of all forms of technology and digital content. I also provide advice on the related fields of e-commerce law and data protection. A significant proportion of my work is conducted on behalf of digital advertising agencies.
Media relations and public speaking
I am a regular speaker at specialist industry conferences and I also run training workshops for clients. When time permits I also write articles for both the national press and specialist trade publications.

Qualifications and other experience
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor I studied electronic engineering to HNC level. My legal career started at a niche west end music firm after which I moved to a niche technology practice. I am a self confessed gadget freak which ties in nicely with my job.
I'm human too...
When I’m not gadget hunting I love to travel to far flung destinations for scuba diving, sailing and skiing and, when the location permits, to pursue my embryonic interest in wine.
