Recent examples of work
I acted for Harrods in defending a High Court breach of contract claim bought by its former Chief Executive Officer. The case involved about 50 witnesses of fact. I was part of the team advising EDF Energy in a major case before the Lands Tribunal relating to the grant of rights over land by the Secretary of State for Trade & Industry. I have acted for a parent, on behalf of her young daughter, a member of a swimming club, in wide-ranging proceedings before the appeals panel of the Amateur Swimming Association. I acted for London art dealers in a dispute arising from the theft in Italy of two valuable 18th century paintings.
